Wednesday at Studio Helix, Northampton, MA
Donna Mejia and members of the Sovereign Collective lead an all-level community class every Wednesday night from 6:00-7:30 pm. No preregistration required, drop-ins are welcome. A yoga mat is recommended for warm up. Bare feet and athletic clothing will work best. Best parking is in the 4-level garage behind Thornes Marketplace (where the studio is located).
